Bat Boy: The Musical is currently being staged in productions of various sizes around the world. A movie adaptation directed by John Landis is in development, with no casting announced or shooting date set.
My next feature film, Danielle, remains in development.

March 17, 2005 Bat Boy suppressed in Indiana!For the first time that I know of, a mean ol' principal has stopped a scheduled high-school production of Bat Boy from being performed. It's been deemed "offensive and impossible to modify." (Best. Review. Ever.) Bryan Fonseca, producing director of the Phoenix Theater in Indianapolis where the play had its Indiana debut in 2001-02, said that what happens in the play is similar to what is happening with its cancellation at Homestead. My sympathies to the cast and crew, who must be bummed to have the show pulled even after rehearsals had begun. |
